MiFID II in Practice: EU & Cyprus Regulation for Digital and Tokenised Markets - 03&04/11/2026
This intensive 14-hour training programme provides specialised, practice-oriented training on MiFID II and MiFIR as the core regulatory framework governing investment services and market structures in the European Union and Cyprus. The programme focuses on the practical application of regulatory requirements, enabling participants to translate legal provisions into concrete compliance, governance and operational obligations.
Particular emphasis is placed on regulatory perimeter analysis and the interaction of MiFID II with emerging EU frameworks, including MiCA, the DLT Pilot Regime and DORA. Through applied examples and case-based analysis, participants develop the ability to identify when MiFID II applies, assess regulatory risks and structure compliant business models in both traditional and digital or tokenised environments.
